Super Car Garage

This client needed more garage space for his super cars. Upon determining the best place for this garage, we went straight to work coordinating with an architect and structural engineer, obtaining the drawings and permits to complete this work. 6 months later, the client is proud to have a new space to store and enjoy their vehicles.

High Rise Building Lobby + Kitchen Upgrades

A local property management company reached out for a refresh of their entrance lobbies, resident offices, and corridors. Integral collaborated with the client to determine the best materials and value for their capital investment. Interior millwork, interior glass storefronts, mesh screen, chandeliers, base, paint and flooring were updated to bring new life to the space. 

The Jefferson’s Lake House

Coquille House: Residential Updates / Pergola

This client was looking to add a bistro style seating area in their front yard, a path to the backyard where a  new Trex deck and concrete slab were poured for their new entertainment space. 

20131 Grove Street

New Bank ATM at Parking Garage

A local credit union was looking to increase their exposure to a new community while creating a new service to their customers. This added ATM included building a fully conditioned, secure auxiliary storage room that housed the ATM itself. The project included new framing, sheathing, waterproofing, concrete foundations, HVAC system, low voltage security, new ATM install, exterior stucco, and overhead canopy.
